Hydraulic Parts Manufacturing Department is subordinate to Yantai Dongxing Group Co., Ltd. and located at No.20, Zhujiang Road, Yantai Economic & Technological Development Area. There are more than 130 staffs including 12 managers, 2 senior engineers and 7 engineers.

Area of workshops: 6500m².

Main equipment: more than 120 pieces of equipment including digital controlled lathe, cylindrical grinder, centerless grinder, machining center, digital controlled six-spindle spline miller, digital controlled gear shaper, horizontal boring machine, horizontal polisher, digital controlled double-end polisher, deep hole drilling machine, chrome machine, induction hardening machine etc. Technological processes of lathing, grinding, milling, drilling, spline and gear processing, thermal treatment, polishing, electroplating etc. can be completed.

Major products: mechanical hydraulic parts and the parts of drive system including cylinder pole, half shaft, transmission shaft, spline shaft etc.

Major clients: Caterpillar, CNH Industrial, Brazil Packer, Brazil Weber, Jining Komatsu, India Wipro, Enomoto etc.

Production capacity: 160,000 cylinder poles / year, 50,000 half shafts and spline shafts / year.
